"Moving Culture" is a youth
independent, non-governmental, non-political,
non-profit organization. This NPO has started
its activity in November 1999; with the purpose
to extend the creativity and alternative
background in communication, all art
disciplines, contemporaneous culture and media,
to contribute in the creation and improvement of
cultural and artistic policies in Albania. Its
goal is to organize different artistic
activities like concerts, workshops,
exhibitions, theaters, symposiums, aiming to
enhance information, artistic and alternative
space on the life of Albanian youth, to
contribute and introduce suggestions in drafting
and improving cultural and artistic policies
within the country .
