Project Description
Shaping Metropolis’ was not conceived only as an exhibition that aim to reflect the contemporary situation of Tirana and the transformations happened in last years in public and urban space but also as an open forum for discussion about the future of Tirana.
The exhibition installed in the National Gallery from 7 June 2005 includes 80 posters and 8 3D model constructions of the most representative project developments affecting the quality leaving in Tirana.
The new projects of Tirana urban development urges to consider in first place the public spaces that for long time have been cannibalized by recent construction of buildings.
